The Electrical Administration Assistant reports to the Electrical Manager and is primarily responsible for generating and handling computer-based documents, and other clerical/office duties associated with the activities of the Electrical Group at Control Technology Inc. (CTI). The responsibilities, software skills, etc., listed below are distributed to several people with this position title.
Perform general document filing duties;
Perform stock adjusting duties for the Electrical Group;
Keep time logs current for the Electrical Group;
Perform Costing calculations;
Generating equipment operator manuals (API and CTI models);
Costing of work orders and final costing of units;
Performing final documentation reviews;
Generating production binders;
Manage Electrical Group shop timecards;
Maintain the work order log;
Perform other duties as directed by the Electrical Manager.
Required Software Skills:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Operating Systems including Internet Explorer, ABACUS (accounting software), Adobe Writer.
Training on all responsibilities and software listed is conducted as needed on the job.
